Let me start my grateful journey by being grateful to you Chris for passing to us this life enhancement tool.
A positive view in life may start by taking time to think about what is causing a positive aspect in our life, recognising it and being aware of it.
Being grateful in general is good, but being grateful after having taking the time to stop, think, realise and be inspire on why this person, events, fact deserved to receive our grateful is for sure more powerful and lasting life enhancement tool.
And, being aware is what I start to learn with meditation practice
All the best to you, your family and love one for the new year to come
    Martin

    Hi Chris,
just read this article in my skiing holidays. Normally I don’t watch anything online (no devices at all) in my holidays, but this time I do coz I had a little skiing accident and I am not able to ski anymore. That beeing said I have the choice to be angry about the other part of the accident or to be grateful coz I will be fit shortly and haven’t fracture anything
I am much obliged about your aticle. It shows a better way of thinking and looking at things in life.
    Kind regards,
    Marcus

      Chris Capre says:

      Hola Marcus,
I just came back from a snowboarding/ski trip and definitely ‘ate it’ a few times being reminded of my physical limitations.
I’m sorry to hear about your accident and hope for a speedy recovery.
And yes, we can sit there and be angry about what’s happened, or we can focus on moving forward and learning from the experience. There are plenty of things to be grateful for as I’ve known some people who’ve had serious life altering injuries from ski accidents, so the fact you haven’t had major injuries is something to be grateful about (along with many other things).
But glad to hear you have found a new way of looking at things via this podcast.
      Kind Regards,
      Chris Capre
